The 2024 East Helena Smoke Show BBQ Competition is back and even better for year two! This year we are gathering on Friday (5-10pm) and Saturday (10am-10pm) at Missouri River Brewing Co in East Helena MT. The teams will prepare their meats on Friday and Saturday, with turn-ins from 11am-2pm. The awards will be presented between 4-5pm on Saturday.
The purpose of this event is to socialize, indulge in your favorite beverage and/or cigars, and eat great BBQ (competitive teams will be vending this year as well as competing). This is a family-friendly event with fun for everyone!
This is the first annual KCBS sanctioned BBQ event in the greater Helena area and we look forward to seeing you there for the music, beer, and BBQ!
This competition is a sanctioned “Kansas City BBQ Society (KCBS) Event” and it is a “Master Series” event where Chicken, Pork Ribs, Pork Butt, and Brisket will be judged and with cash prizes totaling over $9,000. Hosted by “Missouri River Brewing Co” in East Helena MT, with proceeds going to Impact Montana (a 501c3 organization) to support service members, veterans, first responders, and their families’ ability to thrive!
