Fuzzy Wuzzy Sour
Peach kettle sour brewed with malted oats and wheat and
fresh peach puree. High level of acid it with peachy fruit finish.
Staycation IPA
Nicely balanced IPA with clean malty notes, fruity tropical
aromas and flavors of papaya, mango and citrus resulting from Chinook,
Simcoe, and Citra hop additions, ending in a clean, bitter finish.
Monk Squad Belgium Quad
A Belgian Quadrupel with big belgian character. Features notes of caramel, dried dark fruit and cloves. Its a relatively full bodied quad which is balanced by the high alcohol content.
Bison Stout
Full-bodied, exhibits a balance of creamy dark chocolate,
and espresso notes from the use of roasted barley, chocolate malt, and
Carafa malt. These flavors are underscored by hints of nuttiness and
caramel flavors from additional malts as well as spicy and woodsy
character from an addition of Challenger hops.
