2020 Heritage Cabernet Sauvignon
Aromas of dark plum mixed with floral notes of violets lead to flavors of Vann cherry, black coffee and anise. This is a full-bodied cabernet sauvignon with big tannins that make your mouth water at every sip. Sweet alcohol and toasted oak finish this off with lingering flavors of bitter chocolate, mocha and cassis.
2020 Heritage Chardonnay
“Opens with aromas of crisp apple and toasted oak that lead to flavors of Yellow Delicious apple, pineapple and butterscotch. There is a bright sweetness from the alcohol which leads into a finish of toasted almonds, cantaloupe and vanilla. Pair with roast chicken, cedar plank grilled salmon, or a summer salad with all the fxings.”
2019 Heritage Pinot Noir
Floral aromatics on the nose, with notes of red fruit, cran-raspberry, black fruit and candied violets. The palate offers a juicy, fruit-forward entry, followed by a round and lively middle full of huckleberries and red fruit, followed by a hint of jasmine. Silky soft and lingering tannins add to the balanced and lengthy finish.
2019 Bitner Estates Cabernet Sauvignon
Armos of dark plum mixed with floral notes of violets lead to flavors of Vann cherry, black coffee and anise. This is a full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with big tannis that make your mouth water at every sip. Sweet alcohol and toasted oak finish this off with lingering flavors of bitter chocolate, mocha and Cassis. Try this Cabernet with grilled pork ribs, rib roast, duck confet, game backstraps and or whatever your favorite red meat is. This a fantastic bottle to enjoy on the deck or in the hot tube with friends.
2021 Bitner Estates Sauvignon Blanc
Citrus blossom, white grapefruit and vanilla aromas and lime zest. This is a beautiful and aromatic wine with bright acid that leaves a clean finish with lingering flavors of white peach and apricot reserves.
