Cryo Cascade IPA
Cryo hops are flash frozen with liquid nitrogen, causing the leafy ends of the hop cone to become brittle and to break off. This process results in only the most flavorful and aromatic parts of the hops making it into the beer.
Cryo Cascade IPA is powerfully aromatic. The floral, citrus and grapefruit notes are balanced with a smooth bitterness and a clean finish.
Session IPA
This crushable IPA is brewed using a premium English two-row barley known for its complex maltiness and subtle fresh bread flavor. A big hop profile compliments the malty backbone and the result is a bold, bitter and balanced beer. At only 3.9% ABV, you can enjoy a few of these beers without wrecking your pallet. Hopped with Mandarina Bavaria, Idaho 7, Lemondrop and Cryo Citra.
Oktoberfest
This classic German-style fest beer is brewed with imported German Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malts, and lagered cold for smoothness. It’s smooth taste and malty finish make this a great beer for the fall. Blackfoot Oktoberfest is released in late-September and is available for just a few weeks.
Imperial Stout
Imperial Stout was originally an English style of strong stout that was exported to the Baltic States and to Russia. To withstand the long journey it was brewed to be very strong and hoppy. The Blackfoot Imperial Stout has a complex flavor and aroma with strong characters of roasted malts, chocolate, and coffee.
