Coriander and orange peel compliment the bready bright wheat notes. Grapefruit accents round out this beer making it perfect to sip on this summer!
ABV-4% IBU-8
Don’t Think Twice -KÖLSCH
ABV: 5% IBU: 25
Crisp, subtle fruitiness, dry, and softly hoppy. There’s a hint of creaminess that comes from adding a bit of wheat. This is a great session beer to roll into the spring season and sip on the patio. This was the first beer we ever released off of the pilot system at The Springs and it made it to the big times at The Vault. Cheers!
Love Tractor Wheat IPA
ABV: 6.3% IBU:50
This wheat IPA combines the hoppy goodness of an American IPA with the crisp, bread-like, “zing” from an American-style wheat beer into one very tasty brew. Light citrusy finish, this one is perfect for a warm spring day. Wheat and Vienna malt plow the field for this hazy IPA, and 100% Mosaic hops produce big fruity flavors and aromas.
Don’t Call Me Honey Saison
ABV: 6.4% IBU: 22
Don’t Call Me Honey Saison is brewed with sage and Kate’s Honey – from just down the valley in Hall, Montana. In its final days, the brew was dry-herbed with pink peppercorns, and more sage. The outcome is new take on a traditional Saison with a zesty aroma and slightly more sweetness that highlights the clove and vanilla notes that emerge from the yeast strain used.
